Youth Care Specialist P/T @ Shelter, Cleveland County

Crossroads Youth & Family Services, Inc. is seeking a Part Time Youth Care Specialist. This position has multiple shift types available.

Job duties include initial case management services involving the care of children in the Emergency Youth Shelter. Performs related work including crisis intervention, information and referral, as well as coordination of services between agencies.

Education/Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required;
• Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university in social work, human relations or related field preferred

License:

• Must possess a valid Drivers License and maintain acceptable liability insurance

Knowledge:

• Must be computer literate and have accurate typing skills as well as the ability to operate a variety of office equipment;
• Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational, problem-solving, interpersonal and analytical skills required;
