Location : Open to candidates anywhere in the U.S. (Relocation to West Virginia preferred)
Interview Format : 60-minute video call (STAR format)
International Travel : Hands-on training in Japan ✈️
Overtime & Travel : Required as needed (Domestic & International)

What You’ll Be Doing :
Troubleshoot and optimize machine setup (SV) & operation availability (OA)
Use Toyota Business Practice (TBP) to solve chronic OA & workability issues
Plan and execute equipment commissioning for assigned work areas
Collaborate across teams to implement engineering solutions & process improvements
Support VTO / ITO / Production Trials to ensure smooth operations
Certify safety of equipment per established standards
Engage in continuous improvement & problem-solving at a regional level
What You Bring :
High school diploma or equivalent (minimum)
Experience with PLC programming, NC programming, and machine communication
Knowledge of pneumatic / hydraulic systems & ability to read / interpret technical drawings
Experience performing static accuracy measurements
Strong analytical skills and ability to navigate complex problem-solving
Willingness to travel internationally & work overtime as needed
Bonus Points If You Have :
2 years of experience in engineering or maintenance within high-volume manufacturing
Hands-on experience in fabrication / modification of simple parts (brackets, guarding, etc.)
Experience using & creating Job Instruction Sheets (JIS) & Job Safety Analysis (JSA)
