We are currently seeking a talented and driven Logistics Engineer to join our team in Greensboro, NC. This is an onsite role, and we are looking for candidates based in the surrounding area.
About The Role
In this position, you will play a key role in optimizing internal logistics operations for a major global automaker. You will work on cross-functional projects, enhance supply chain efficiency, and support automation initiatives that drive operational excellence.
πΉ Pay Rate: $35 - $55 per hour
πΉ Work Location: Greensboro, NC (Onsite required)
πΉ Overtime: Up to 10 hours per week
πΉ Travel: Up to 25% domestic travel, with the possibility of short international trips to Japan in the future (no long-term stays).
What Youβll Be Doing
β Leading internal logistics engineering projects, collaborating with multiple teams to enhance efficiency.
β Identifying process inefficiencies and implementing solutions to improve material flow and delivery operations.
β Developing and managing key logistics performance indicators (KPIs) for routing, returns handling, and process compliance.
β Supporting equipment design, procurement, and installation for logistics automation.
β Collaborating with supply chain and manufacturing teams to ensure smooth system integration.
What You Bring
β Bachelorβs degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Logistics Management (or 5 years of equivalent experience).
β Experience with equipment installation and automation & integration.
β Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and AutoCAD layout design.
β Ability to travel up to 25% domestically, with possible short-term trips to Japan.
Bonus Skills (Nice To Have)

πΉ AGV/AMR installation expertise
πΉ Experience with logistics simulation tools
Interview Process
