📊 Competitive Benchmarking: Research industry trends and evaluate competitors' powertrain technologies to stay ahead.
💰 Cost Optimization: Work with cross-functional teams to reduce costs while maintaining top-tier quality.
🔄 Process Improvement: Implement Lean & Kaizen methodologies to boost efficiency and streamline operations.
🤝 Supplier Collaboration: Partner with suppliers to enhance component sourcing, negotiate terms, and improve material quality.

✔️ Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing & Continuous Improvement methodologies.
