CrossTech is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to support our client in Philadelphia, PA. This is a contract-to-hire position requiring U.S. Citizenship or Green Card holder. The role is onsite 3 days per week with 2 days WFH. Candidates must be located within a 40 mile radius of Philadelphia, Pa.

- Responsible for intake and processing of Customer Extract File requests.
- Verify that all requests include the necessary documentation and approval.
- Enter Extract File requests into the Request System and maintain audit trails.
- Conduct balancing and verification of Extract File requests.
- Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) on extract platforms as required.
- Review and resolve customer inquiries related to billing, setup, and file extractions.
- Interact with internal and external stakeholders across multiple departments.
- Document customer issues, including over/underpayments and setup discrepancies.
- Escalate billing and setup issues to management as needed.
- Work closely with Senior Analysts, Leads, and Supervisors to resolve invoice errors.
- Identify, track, and report trends and recurring issues, escalating them appropriately.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
- 2-5 years of experience in billing, finance, operations, or IT.
- Healthcare industry experience with knowledge of eligibility, medical claims, pharmacy claims, and lab results.
- Experience working with data warehouses and SQL.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize work effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent work experience preferred.
- SQL proficiency for querying and managing data.
- Self-funded billing and healthcare industry data knowledge.
- Experience working in a data warehouse environment.
- Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities.
- $60-$62/hr
