We are looking for a motivated buyer’s agent who is passionate about making the home buying experience great. You will contact pre-qualified leads, show properties, facilitate the negotiation process, and make that final sale for the buyer’s dream home. 115,000 at plan yearly
Responsibilities :
- Help clients through the home buying process including budgeting and mortgage options
- Arrange showings, show homes, and participate in open houses for prospective buyers
- Provide potential home buyers with pertinent information about their local housing market
- Act as the intermediary between the client and the listing agent to ensure a smooth real estate transaction
- Speak and engage with pre-qualified leads to figure out their wants and needs in a home
- Daily work CRM to call and nurture leads
- Actively seek out new lead sources through networking, building databases, cold calling, open houses, etc
- Convert leads into appointments through effective communication via phone, email, etc.
- Attend appointments with clients to show properties that fit their needs / wants list as well as inform them about current market conditions
- Negotiate contracts on behalf of clients to help them secure property at a fair price
- Assist clients through every step of the home buying / selling process from start to finish
- Stay up to date on local market trends as well as changes in regulations surrounding real estate transactions
