As the Brand Manager Trainee, you drive profitable sales growth by creating and executing all hiring plans and ensuring all Brand Associates are trained on all company programs, initiatives, and standard operating procedures. You are the subject matter expert in Crosstown Solutions' operating procedures, people processes, and product knowledge. You are responsible for creating a culture of engagement and high performance in our Brand Associates through their ongoing training and development.
Please note that before becoming a Senior Sales Manager you must train in all departments at Crosstown Solutions
Core Brand Manager Trainee Responsibilities :
Oversee a team of 8-10 marketing & brand associates
Develop comprehensive training programs for new employees
Meet with clients and prospective customers
Oversee and handle customer complaints
Evaluates expansion and acquisition opportunities.
Researches various clients and their industries to be aware of specific opportunities to develop our training or operations procedures further
Increases proficiency by working on account proposals and materials
Assists in covering for other representatives in the department when they are absent
Brand Manager Trainee Qualifications :
Bachelors preferred but not required
Excellent communication skills
Professional Experience
Ability to work under pressure
Self managed when alone, but works well in team environment
