Key Responsibilities: Assess, design, implement, and evaluate behavior interventions. Collaborate with families, staff, and stakeholders to improve outcomes. Provide professional training and on-site technical assistance. Develop and monitor behavior support plans. Participate in IEP or person-centered planning processes. Maintain compliance with regulations and engage in professional development. Qualifications: Master’s degree in behavior analysis, psychology, special education, or related field. BCBA certification and applicable licensure. Experience with developmental disabilities and behavior analytic services. Excellent communication skills and ability to lead clinical meetings.
