Maintenance Planner / Scheduler
As a Maintenance Scheduler, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the flawless execution of maintenance tasks and the efficient operation of our facilities.
Responsibilities :
- Coordinating the effective use of CMMS across our respective sites
- Collaborating closely with the Chief Engineer to ensure the engineering staff strictly adheres to preventive maintenance schedules
- Assisting the Regional Manager with administrative duties, including data collection, creation of documents, and data entry
- Maintaining a professional relationship with Compass Group and customer management
- Crafting files for new vendors and verifying the accuracy of completed paperwork
- Training new vendors on the company's billing procedures
- Assisting with budgeting and invoicing for the facility
- Conducting Eye's Wide Open (EWO) inspections on facility campuses
- Performing other duties as assigned
