Job Description: As a Premises Monitor, you will be responsible for maintaining order, enforcing regulations, and ensuring observance of suspicious activity. Key duties include:
Required Skills and Qualifications: To succeed in this role, applicants must possess a valid NYS Security Guard license. A high school diploma or GED is required, along with one year of security experience and/or three years of military service (preferably). The successful candidate must demonstrate excellent communication skills, appropriate judgment in emergency situations, and availability for morning, evening, overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Job Description: As a Premises Monitor, you will be responsible for maintaining order, enforcing regulations, and ensuring observance of suspicious activity. Key duties include:
- Patrolling lobbies, corridors, guest rooms, and other areas, conferring with management, interviewing guests and employees.
- Conducting incident interviews as needed for investigations into complaints, thefts, vandalisms, accidents, illness, violations of policies, and other loss-related events.
- Monitoring security cameras and fire panels as necessary.
- Warning or ejecting troublemakers and cautioning careless individuals.
- Responding to emergencies, providing assistance to victims, and collaborating with law enforcement officers when needed.
- Completing daily logs and incident reports.
- Following lost and found procedures.
- Managing key distribution and sign-out sheets for employees and vendors.
- Responding to alarm notifications.
- Assisting with emergency/evacuation training and processes.
