Crouching Tigers is a dynamic, on-site enrichment program that empowers children ages 2-7 through martial arts, safety lessons, and life skills. Our goal is to inspire confidence, teach positive choices, and foster an engaging learning environment for every child.
What You’ll Do
As a Lead Instructor, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional programming, fostering relationships, and driving enrollment growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Instructional Excellence
- Teach engaging, high-energy martial arts classes tailored to children ages 2-7.
- Adapt teaching methods to ensure all students feel valued and excited to participate.
- Track class attendance and student engagement metrics.
Building Relationships
- Be the friendly face of Crouching Tigers, fostering connections with children, parents, and client staff.
- Serve as the primary contact for assigned locations, communicating with parents about student progress.
Program Promotion
- Promote the program within the community by organizing demo classes, open houses, and special events.
- Distribute promotional materials (flyers, posters, and coupons) throughout the year.
Compensation Details
- Classes pay $25 each, and most locations host multiple classes back-to-back, providing great earning potential.
- Additional leadership and administrative responsibilities are compensated at an industry-competitive rate.
