As an Associate Director, the successful candidate is expected to be an all rounder who can lead by example and who has a proven track record of :
- Developing and leading a high performance digital performance team
- A depth of campaign management and optimization experience that spans multiple verticals and digital platforms (e.g. paid search, programmatic and social)
- Ability to effectively collaborate with other departments and stakeholders, to deliver client first solutions and strategic plans that deliver business impac

The salary range for this position is $120,000 to $135,000 (DOE)
Standard hours are from 9.00am to 5.30pm, there's flexibility if agreed in advance with your line managers (it may also be necessary on occasions to work outside of these hours).
