Crouse’s Addiction Treatment Services team provides a comprehensive system of assessment and treatment services for individuals with substance use disorders. The Addiction Treatment team is hiring an Addiction Treatment Counselor.
Pay Range: $22.88-$28.60

Addiction Treatment Counselor Position Responsibilities:
- Performs assessments which include the identification of cultural differences in planning for patient care.
- Provides treatment according to assignment to adults and adolescents when appropriate according to accepted standards.
- Incorporates knowledge and theoretical concepts into all facets of interaction with patients.
- Demonstrates competency in the provision of service.
- Formulates diagnostic impressions.
- Determines the appropriate level of care.
- Provides appropriate referral for follow-up.
- Document client notes clearly, concisely and according to policy.
Addiction Treatment Counselor Position Requirements:
- Master’s degree in a related field required
- OASAS QHP or QHP Provisional required
- Addiction counseling experience preferred
