The Purchasing team is hiring an Procurement Specialist to work Monday - Friday: 8 am - 4:30 pm
Pay Range: $22.47-$28.12/hour
Procurement Specialist Position Responsibilities:
- Organizes and maintains manual and computerized department data and information, reports, records, logs, policies and procedures, statistics and other related systems/documents.
- Effectively schedules meetings, reserves rooms, ensures materials and AV equipment are available, coordinates catering requests and arranges parking for vendors/guests as needed.
- Generates PO’s for customers and department as needed.
- Manages rental equipment, archives, business cards, signage, office supplies and other service contracts as needed.
- Uses, updates, and optimizes MMIS for department and organization.
Procurement Specialist Position Requirements:
- Associates degree. Bachelors Preferred
- Three (3) to five (5) years of administrative or supply chain experience in a fast paced environment.
- Previous experience working in a healthcare or physician office setting.
