Key Responsibilities:
· Lead the design and development of architectural projects from concept through to completion.
· Collaborate closely with clients, engineers, and consultants to ensure design quality and project goals are met.
· Prepare and review architectural drawings, specifications, and other documents.
· Coordinate with project teams to ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are adhered to.
· Conduct site visits and monitor construction progress to ensure adherence to design intent and codes.
· Mentor and provide guidance to junior architects and design staff.
· Stay up-to-date with industry trends, building codes, and regulations.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
· Licensed Architect
· Minimum of 8 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
· Proficiency in architectural software, specifically AutoCAD. Skill in Revit, SketchUp, and/or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
· Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and construction materials.
· Excellent communication and presentation skills.
· Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
