Crow Executive Air, an established Part 135 Private Air Charter company is looking for a Director of Charter Sales & Aircraft Management to join our sales team. If you have a strong background as a Private Air Charter Broker and are you looking for a challenging career with an established company that is growing in a new market, then this opportunity is for you.
You will be responsible for selling private air charter services, aircraft management and aircraft brokering while growing new customers and managing a portfolio of existing customers. You will be responsible for sourcing aircraft and for trip management. You will be expected to deliver superior service to clients, while achieving monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
Responsibilities:
New Business Development
Identify prospective accounts that require air charter services and build relationships with key decision makers
New lead generation through online research, sales calls and personal visits
Respond to company-generated leads (i.e. web leads, charter sales and sourcing platforms) in targeted time frames
Business development and on-going portfolio management to increase profitability and grow the existing client base
Achieve annual sales targets, as well as retention targets
Preparation of quotes, and sales presentations/proposals to clients
Identify cross-selling opportunities across Crow Executive Air’s service offerings
Weekly reporting on sales pipelines and progress against annual sales plan
Brokering last minute trips requires after-hour responsiveness to customer needs
Client Relationships
Provide superior client care and engaging in consistent contact with both current and prospective clients
Work with brokers to ensure client relationships are maintained and to incorporate a client care program into the sales cycle
Identify customer needs and performance indicators that need to be met from a contractual perspective
Attend key conferences and trade shows to engage both existing and prospective clients, generating new leads and business opportunities
Qualifications
Successful track record in outside sales and achieving targets
Experience concentrated on business development and consultative account management in the Part 135 air charter industry
Understanding of the FAA regulations regarding Part 135 air charter market
Ability to integrate into a small team and work on own initiative
Well organized with excellent time management
Strong listening and problem-solving skills
Strong negotiation and quantitative skills
Passionate about customer service and aviation
Customer focused with good people skills
Goal and revenue oriented
Promote the Crow Executive Air brand and culture of safety at all times
Ability to communicate clearly, persuasively and capable of influencing others
Must be highly strategic
Competitive nature, with the ability to handle a high-pressured environment
IT literate with advanced Microsoft Office skills, and the ability to learn the functions of Avinode, JetInsight & QuickBooks
Must be a US Citizen without requirement for sponsorship.
