The Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for building and setting forms to pour concrete, working closely with our team to ensure precision and accuracy. This is a skilled position that requires strong carpentry skills, attention to detail, and ability to work at heights.
Responsibilities:
- Build and set forms to pour concrete
- Work closely with the team to ensure precision and accuracy
- Perform tasks such as selecting lumber, preparing layouts, marking cutting and assembly lines, shaping materials, and assembling forms
- Use basic carpenter tools and knowledge of rigging and flagging cranes
- Maintain a safe working environment and adhere to all safety policies
- Complete all additional duties as directed by supervisor
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years experience in heavy construction, specifically with knowledge of Symons and gang form systems
- Basic carpenter tools and knowledge of rigging and flagging cranes
- Strong carpentry skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work at heights
- Must follow policies and procedures and support Crowder's goals and values
