We are seeking a skilled Portal Developer with expertise in Power Pages and Dynamics 365 CE to join a dynamic team working on the Unified Back Office Solution (UBOS) . UBOS is an innovative technology platform designed to revolutionize customer engagement through advanced self-service capabilities across multiple channels.
As a Portal Developer, you will configure, develop, and optimize self-service portals and applications, ensuring seamless integration with back-end systems, payment gateways, and customer support tools. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a transformative project that improves user experience and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities :
- Configure, develop, and test self-service portals using Power Pages and Dynamics 365 CE.
- Collaborate with technical leads, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Create and execute unit test cases and scripts in Azure DevOps.
- Integrate Power Pages with Dynamics 365 CE, Contact Center applications, SAP, ChatBOTs, and payment gateways.
- Optimize system functionality and user experience through continuous improvement.
- Develop training materials and promote user adoption through effective change management.
- Provide ongoing technical support and knowledge transfer to team members.
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards and best practices in solution design.
