Job Overview : We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee a multi-phase SAP ERP environment, focusing on an on-premise to cloud S / 4 HANA update and data migration effort. The Project Manager will manage current projects while coordinating additional development efforts, resource strategy, data archiving and cleansing, and project schedules.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide day-to-day management for all project activities, deliverables, and milestones from requirements definition through deployment.
- Identify project schedules, manage scope, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation.
- Manage and coordinate activities of internal and / or external staff involved in multiple IT projects of varying complexity.
- Develop and maintain project artifacts using established project management standards and methodologies.
- Build and manage a detailed integrated project plan and schedule, capturing task-level details with deliverables, milestones, and dependencies.
- Establish a project governance framework with clearly defined roles, responsibilities, and decision-making processes.
- Coordinate with business owners and analysts to define and refine project scope.
- Conduct lessons learned sessions to identify recommendations for improvement.
- Maintain productive working relationships with technology staff, business owners, project sponsors, vendors, and key stakeholders.
- Adhere to the project management office (PMO) playbook and referenced artifacts.
