Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Front-End / UI Developer to join a government project team focused on developing and enhancing enterprise-class applications using Angular and J2EE within a Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) platform

You will be responsible for :

Developing and maintaining responsive web applications using Angular, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap
Ensuring authentication, authorization, caching strategies , and accessibility compliance.
Collaborating with stakeholders to analyze system requirements and UI frameworks for optimization.
Implementing test-driven development with frameworks like Karma, Jasmine, and Selenium
Troubleshooting, debugging, and enhancing existing applications for performance and scalability

Required Qualifications

8 years of Front-End / UI development experience using Angular and J2EE

Strong programming experience with HTML5, JavaScript, JQuery, AJAX, CSS3, TypeScript, JSON, XML

Expertise in responsive design, SPA development, and component-based architecture

Hands-on experience with SDLC, UI framework optimization, and accessibility compliance

Experience in test-driven development (Karma, Jasmine, Selenium)

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience with Spring Boot, IBM WebSphere, Agile Methodologies, and CI / CD pipelines

Experience in developing applications for Cloud platforms and mobile / tablet devices
