Role Summary
The System Administrator will perform a variety of IT functions, collaborating with operations, compliance, and other IT departments to build, maintain, optimize, automate, and secure our IT systems. Key contributions include helping to resolve performance and scalability problems and developing functionality to allow seamless operation of IT systems, support investor-facing applications, and ensure secure and efficient workflows. This is a hybrid role requiring 2-3 days per week in our New York City office.
The Success You'll Build
- Manage, monitor, and maintain IT infrastructure and systems to support the company's vision
- Research new technologies and solutions to enhance system performance, efficiency, and security
- Manage defect and IT support ticket triage
- Collaborate on our technology roadmap and turn visions into reality
- Document all system configurations and processes; share and communicate with others on the IT team
- Provide technical guidance to IT leadership and peers

The estimated salary range for this position in New York City is $120,000-$140,000 per year. Compensation and final offer will be determined based on a variety of factors, including experience, skills, qualifications, and overall fit for the role.
