About the Role :
The Sales Commissions Data Analyst intern, reporting to our Senior Manager of Sales Commissions, will contribute to a dynamic and rapidly growing team, collaborating with the team on impactful compensation projects. We are seeking an individual with a proactive mindset who thrives in an innovative culture, ready to roll up their sleeves and make a real-time impact on a global scale.
What You'll Do :
Following an engaging onboarding process, your responsibilities will include constructing various dashboards that illustrate the effectiveness of our Sales Commission Plans. Additionally, you will be tasked with creating Quick Reference Guides to support both our internal team and commercial teams, aiding in the comprehension of commission-related processes, procedures, and plans.
What You'll Need
- Pursuing a Master or MBA degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Mathematics, Data analytics, or related field. Graduating no earlier than December 2025.
- Possess a strong sense of personal accountability and ownership of work
- An eagerness to learn through hands-on experience and collaborative projects
- Proficient in Tableau, Snowflake and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and / or Google Suite (Sheets, Slides)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Analytical mindset and strong attention to detail
- Plus, familiarity with statistical tools and methodologies, including but not limited to regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and data sampling techniques
