Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with HR Centers of Excellence to align HR strategies with business objectives.
- Develop and implement talent management and development plans.
- Use data analytics to inform organizational design and effectiveness.
- Drive company-wide programs and initiatives focused on employee engagement and development.
- Provide strategic counsel and coaching to leadership.
- Maintain close relationships with business operations, Finance, and Talent Acquisition teams.
Requirements:
- Advanced degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience.
- Proven track record of delivering results-driven solutions in fast-paced environments.
- Exceptional communication, coaching, and influencing skills.
- Strong business acumen and subject matter expertise across HR domains.
- Experience working in a multi-national environment with VP-level internal customers.
