Key Responsibilities
As an HR Business Partner Lead, you will provide strategic HR guidance to senior business leaders, focusing on talent management, change management, and organizational design. You will also drive company-wide programs, including total rewards, performance management, employee engagement surveys, succession planning, and leadership development activities.
You will maintain close partnerships with supported business operations staff in the planning and execution of the annual operating plan and ensure realization of business objectives. Work will be primarily within the United States with regional travel necessary for business meetings.
