About the Role :
As a Senior Global Mobility & Immigration Partner, you will help manage the day-to-day immigration and mobility life-cycle for CrowdStrike's global entities. This position will play a significant role supporting the Americas Immigration and Global Mobility Program and requires general knowledge of EMEA and APAC countries immigration requirements. The Senior Global Mobility & Immigration Partner will work with HR, TA, Payroll, Tax, and Stock Teams, in addition to our external partners. The Senior Global Mobility & Immigration Partner will support immigration, global mobility and flexible work programs, assessing and advising on immigration filing strategies, mobility solutions and compliance obligations.
What You'll Do :
- Responsible for the execution of our Global Immigration, Relocation and Flex Work policies.
- Serve as the primary POC on all aspects of the Americas immigration, including immigration assessments, NIV and IVs case work and site visits, working with outside counsel on risk assessment and escalating as required. EMEA and APAC support required, as needed.
- As a subject matter expert, you will be expected to manage global mobility & immigration requests through completion, leveraging your expertise when making recommendations to the business and HR.
- Responsible for partnering with external counsel on immigration filing strategies.
- Responsible for partnering with external tax advisors on mobility solutions.
- Responsible for communicating strategy and compliance obligations to requestor and management, as it pertains to CrowdStrike guidance and policies - Immigration; Relocation; Flex Work.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of immigration and mobility related cases to include in weekly status reports.
- Identify service gaps and propose recommendations for continued process improvements.
- Help drive priority projects that will enhance the overall program and service delivery model with scalable solutions. This includes developing proposals, project planning and project oversight.

The base salary range for this position in the U.S. is $80,000 - $145,000 per year variable / incentive compensation equity benefits. A candidate's salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications, job level, supervisory status, and location.
