About the Role :
The Data Science team is expanding and is looking for our first UX Designer. As a Senior UX Designer, you are a strategic thinker who will lead design efforts to tackle complex problems and produce creative solutions for our users. You will need to think both about our customers using your designs as well as our internal stakeholders and engineers. Your primary focus will be to work with our strategy team, engineers, and scientists to take business, product, and technical requirements and derive a delightful UX design and experience. You will be reporting to the Senior Director of Data Science Strategy.
What You'll Do :
- Lead the UX process and workflow, and work closely with a cross-functional team to build and ship designs
- Produce high-quality creative solutions to complex problems based on data, research and goals
- Create clear user flows, wireframes, and prototypes for user interfaces
- Plan and lead design sessions to generate ideas or feedback both remote and in-person
- Partner closely with UI developers and Data Science Strategists on a day-to-day basis to create designs
- Advocate for the user in projects
- Work at both a detailed design level and a strategic level to influence the product and internal roadmaps
- Work at the intersection of Machine Learning, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Engineering, User Experience, and Product Management

CrowdStrike, Inc. is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base salary range for this position in the U.S. is $135,000 - $215,000 per year variable / incentive compensation equity benefits. A candidate's salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications, job level, supervisory status, and location.
