Job Description :
As a State and Local Senior Staff, your role will include identifying and implementing tax planning and consulting opportunities for our diverse client base. Working in a highly interactive team environment, you will participate in the tax planning and consultation process for clients, delivering an outstanding client experience. Researching client issues and regularly communicating findings with managers is a vital part of this role; therefore, strong social skills are essential. Mentoring staff and interns will contribute to the continued success of the team. As a Senior Staff, you will be an integral part of the Tax team delivering outstanding client service while integrating into a dynamic team environment. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your skills and contribute to the success of the firm.
Qualifications :
- BS in Accounting required; Masters in Taxation or LLM is a plus
- Income Franchise experience preferred
- CPA or eligibility to sit for CPA required
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Minimum of three (3) years of forward-thinking experience in public accounting or corporate / public blend
- Ability to work with the tax team to identify and resolve client issues; creativity and expertise are encouraged
- Ability to grow strong team relationships
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, both internally and externally
- Ability to work additional hours as needed and travel to various client sites

Compensation :
The wage range for this role takes into account a wide range of factors considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets, experience, training, licensure, certifications, and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $75,673.00 to $141,136.00 per year.
