The Quinnite School Network (QSN) Social Studies TDSI is a dedicated instructional leader focused on improving student achievement through coaching, collaboration, and targeted interventions. This role is designed to support teachers in refining instructional practices, facilitate Professional Learning Communities (PLCs), and provide direct interventions for students in need of academic support. With 70% of the role dedicated to coaching, the Interventionist will engage in classroom observations, feedback cycles, and direct modeling of instructional strategies. An additional 20% will focus on PLC collaboration, ensuring alignment of best practices and curriculum strategies, while 10% will involve direct student intervention for struggling learners.
