Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards
- Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
- Provide excellent customer service, including taking orders and processing payments
- Operate kitchen equipment such as stoves, proofers, pizza oven and ovens
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow
- Adhere to all safety and health regulations
Skills:
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Proficiency in food handling and preparation techniques
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of the food industry and current food safety regulations
- Experience with Ruby 2 POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus
- Familiarity with operating a cash register for processing payments
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitate work areas according to health standards
