Crowley Maritime Corporation seeks a highly skilled Driver/Ramp Refueler to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient transfer of bulk fuels to customers and company facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and complete the Daily Vehicle Inspection Report (DVIR).
- Conduct pre-transfer facility inspections as necessary.
- Perform Fuels Quality testing in accordance with the Terminal Operations Manual (TOM).
- Assist with equipment and facility maintenance as needed.
- Control inventory of bulk fuel tanks and tank trucks.
- Deliver and receive fuel to and from company tanks, customer tanks, barges, and aircraft.
- Provide customer service-related activities, including fuel attendant duties and reconciliations.
- Respond to oil spill incidents as a first responder.
- Familiarize yourself with safety rules and procedures.
Requirements:
- Maintain a Class B (or A) CDL with Hazmat Endorsement.
- One year of experience driving straight trucks.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Valid State of Alaska drivers license.
- Able to wear a half-face respirator.
- Able to climb stairs at least 50 ft. high.
- Work outside in all types of weather.
