About The Opportunity
- In this role, you will learn critical processes and procedures to facilitate efficient transportation by connecting shippers with carriers, handling negotiations, paperwork, and ensuring compliance throughout the entire shipping process.
- This role will participate in a twelve (12) week training program, learning key brokerage skills, decision-making, and responsibilities. Working alongside management to learn critical processes and procedures, this role will develop competencies by performing structured work and gaining insight and knowledge of critical organizational functions.

- No training is required. We provide a comprehensive 60-day training program with classroom-style training, job shadowing, and on-the-job training.
- Upon graduation you will be placed in one of three commission-eligible roles based on business needs and your strengths.

Qualities We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, transportation, supply chain or related field; or a combination of post-high school and equal experience may be substituted for education.
- Strong customer service awareness and basic sales, customer service, or other related experience preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
- Ability to identify complex problems and review related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.
- Ability to gather, interpret, report, and use data and other information concerning assigned activities.
