Position Overview :
As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote Health Admins' brands, including TRU, Sedera, Altrua, and Covenant. This role involves collaborating with internal teams and external partners, to maintain project tasks, and to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support the overall growth objectives of the organization.
Key Responsibilities :
Marketing Campaigns
Develop and execute regional marketing campaigns to promote Health Admins' brands and products.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment with overall brand messaging and objectives.
Utilize a mix of traditional and digital marketing channels to maximize reach and impact.
Execute Email and social media content and campaigns
Event Planning and Execution
Help plan and execute events, including conferences, and community outreach programs, to enhance brand visibility.
Coordinate logistics, sponsorships, and promotional materials for events.
Represent Health Admins at industry events when needed, and engage with key stakeholders.
Relationship Building
Build and maintain relationships with local partners, organizations, and influencers to amplify brand presence.
Collaborate with brokers and affiliates to align marketing efforts and achieve mutual objectives.
Market Research
Conduct market research to understand regional dynamics, identify opportunities, and stay informed about competitor activities.
Provide insights and recommendations to optimize marketing strategies based on regional trends.
Content Development
Create content or work with available creative assets to develop content and collateral to promote Health Admins’ products and services including marketing and sales collateral, presentations, and promotional materials.
Ensure that all content aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with the target audience in the region.
Performance Analysis
Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives.
Provide regular reports on key performance indicators and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
Brand Ambassadorship
Act as a brand ambassador, embodying the values and mission of Health Admins in all marketing activities.
Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all touchpoints.
Skills / Education / Experience :
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
Proven experience in field marketing, event planning, and regional campaign execution.
Familiarity with the healthcare industry and TPA services is a plus.
Familiarity with creative design software - Adobe Suite, Canva, etc.
Familiarity with email vendor programs - MailChimp, etc.
Familiarity with project management software - Monday, Teamwork, etc.
