- Promote Services and Upsell Products
- Educate clients on Crown & Raine’s offerings, from specialized head spa treatments to premium blow dry styles, and suggest retail products to enhance their at-home care. Use a consultative approach to recommend additional services that complement their chosen treatment.
- Client Checkout and Payment Processing
- Process checkouts accurately and smoothly, offering memberships, packages, or loyalty programs that support consistent rebooking. Emphasize the value of booking in advance to ensure continuity in their self-care routine.
