What are the responsibilities and job description for the Automotive Sales Administrator position at Crown Buick GMC?
Due to increased sales volume, the team at Crown Buick GMC are currently seeking a dynamic Sales Administrator to assist in our overall growth!
A minimum of one year experience in motor vehicle wholesale or retail title experience is preferred along with a strong desire to excel!
Hourly Pay: $18.00
Additional Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Include:
- Basic phone, computer, typing and calculator skills.

Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Ability to meet US employment and Crown’s eligibility requirements

Physical requirements - lift up to 15 lbs.
Duties Include:
-
Submit all factory Co-op advertising claims and ensure that all guidelines have been met by the dealership prior to submission as instructed by the General Manager.

Enter and delete all sales personnel into factory system with sales manager’s guidance.

Report all retail sales in a timely manner as requested by the sales manager while adhering to manufacturers’ guidelines.

Process dealer trades at the request of the sales manager when needed.

Stock in all new vehicles upon arrival including assigning stock numbers and entering them into inventory via UCS.

Print addendums as needed and/or requested by the sales managers.

Order and maintain adequate stock of forms needed in deal jackets.

Attend department meetings as requested.

Report any safety issues immediately to management.

Comply with all policies as described in the Crown Employee Handbook.

Other duties may be assigned, based on company’s needs.

Position is Full-Time with flexibility needed for some evenings and weekends.
