Key Responsibilities :
- Prospect New Business : Identify and target potential customers using various methods, including social media, trade shows, and cold calling.
- Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with current clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Product Presentation : Present and demonstrate our roofing solutions, clearly communicating their features and benefits to potential clients.
- Deal Negotiation & Closing : Negotiate sales terms and close deals with a focus on maximizing profitability.
- Bid Preparation : Provide the estimating department with necessary photos and documents to prepare accurate bids.
- Estimate Coordination : Ensure timely completion of estimates by working closely with the estimating team.
- Networking : Represent the company at industry events and networking groups, both during and after work hours.
- Sales Targets : Maintain and exceed assigned sales quotas while adhering to company guidelines.
- Customer Service : Deliver outstanding customer service and support to build lasting client relationships.
- Market Expansion : Develop connections with property managers, condo associations, commercial property owners, and facility managers.
- Reporting : Maintain accurate sales reports and track progress towards monthly and annual sales targets.
- Additional Duties : Complete other tasks as assigned by management.
