Are you a self-motivated, results-driven professional with a passion for building relationships and driving business growth? Crown Roofing & Waterproofing is looking for a Business Development Specialist to support our Sales team in achieving revenue goals and expanding our commercial client base.
What You’ll Do :
- Networking & Client Outreach : Identify and connect with potential commercial clients, including in commercial real estate .
- Pipeline Management : Track and manage opportunities, ensuring a smooth transition from prospecting to contract.
- Marketing & Events : Schedule lunch & learns, onsite visits , and other networking opportunities.
- Client Relations : Provide exceptional service , ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Competitive Analysis : Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities.
- CRM & Reporting : Use Salesforce to manage all activities and maintain an organized schedule.
- Team Collaboration : Participate in huddle meetings, including Monday strategy meetings with leadership.
What We’re Looking For :
A professional, confident, and persistent individual with strong networking skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Previous sales experience in the roofing industry (preferred)
Valid Florida Driver’s License and ability to travel locally
