Job Opportunity : Construction Safety Monitor

We’re seeking a Construction Safety Monitor to join our team! If you have experience in construction or safety and are fluent in Spanish , we’d love to hear from you.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct regular inspections of construction sites to identify potential hazards.
- Ensure workers and subcontractors follow safety protocols and procedures.
- Monitor and enforce the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Participate in toolbox talks and safety meetings to discuss hazards and safe practices.
- Report safety violations, incidents, or near-misses to the construction manager or safety supervisor.
- Assist in investigating accidents to determine causes and preventive measures.
- Maintain and update safety documentation, including inspection reports and safety meeting records.
- Provide safety training to new employees and subcontractors as needed.
- Stay updated on regulatory requirements and industry best practices in construction safety.
Requirements :
Pay Range : $18 - $24 / hour, based on experience.
