Location: Fort Myers, Florida | ️ Full-Time | Exempt
Are you a hands-on leader with a passion for quality roofing, safety, and team success? We’re growing and looking for an experienced Low-Slope Roofing Superintendent to join our dynamic team! If you’ve got a solid background in roof systems, thrive on managing crews, and enjoy keeping projects on track and on budget—this might be your next big opportunity.
What You’ll Be Doing:
✅ Lead & supervise roofing crews (including subcontractors)
✅ Ensure quality workmanship through regular site inspections
✅ Manage job schedules, material deliveries & job costing
✅ Promote safety culture (OSHA, DOT, WC compliance)
✅ Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams
✅ Sign off on completed work & handle payroll dispatch logs
✅ Be on-call for emergency weekend rotations (every 3–6 weeks)
Must-Haves:
✔️ 2–3 years in a roofing superintendent role
✔️ Commercial & residential roofing system knowledge (BUR, TPO, PVC, Mod Bit, Tile, Metal)
✔️ Strong crew leadership & training skills
✔️ OSHA 30 (or able to complete within 90 days)
✔️ Valid FL driver’s license & clean record
✔️ Able to lift 50 lbs & inspect roofs on-site
✔️ Basic Excel/Word computer skills
✔️ Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus!
