Role
The A&E Specialist is considered the project manager of our Construction Drawing (CD) process focused on ordering, quality reviews, trouble shooting and delivery to our customers. This internship will learn the CD process and focus on assisting the team responsible for CD services offered to our customers.
Responsibilities
- Reviewing red lines from permitting jurisdictions and communicating updates needed from our CD vendors
- Completing specific tasks to progress the CD order
- Communicating with stakeholders on forecasted completion dates
- Auditing red-line changes from our customers and permitting jurisdictions to identify areas for improvement
- Reviewing and analyzing data on aging tasks to find solutions to remove roadblocks
- Analysis and troubleshooting large data sets that drive reporting

Education/Certifications
- Currently enrolled as a full-time student in pursuit of a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited higher education institution
- Preferred field(s) of study: Project Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
Skills and Experience
- Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) from June 2 to August 8, 2025
- Authorization to work in the U.S. on a full-time, regular basis without additional sponsorship
- Basic computer literacy, knowledge of software, and the ability to communicate and collaborate using technology
Reports to: Sr. Manager, Program Management
Work Plans: This role falls into our hybrid work model working in the office Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. On Mondays and Fridays, teammates on the hybrid schedule will have the option to work from the office or home.
Compensation Information: The hourly pay offered for this position is $19.50 per hour.
