Role
Internship opportunity for an Accounting student who is capable of assisting auditors in testing and documentation of Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) and operational controls across various business processes.
Responsibilities.
- Assist the Crown Castle Internal Auditors throughout all phases of Internal Audits, as directed.
- Assist in the execution of Sarbanes Oxley control testing and corresponding documentation.
- Support the execution of Internal Audit planning and testing procedures.
- Complete duties as assigned.

Education/Certifications
- Currently enrolled as a full-time student in pursuit of a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited higher education institution
- Preferred field(s) of study: Accounting, Accounting Information Systems
Skills and Experience
- Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) from June 2 to August 8, 2025
- Authorization to work in the U.S. on a full-time, regular basis without additional sponsorship
- Ability to use MS Office programs, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
- Capable of listening carefully and following directions.
- Written and verbal communication skills.
Reports to: Senior Internal Auditor
Work Plans: This role falls into our hybrid work model working in the office Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. On Mondays and Fridays, teammates on the hybrid schedule will have the option to work from the office or home.
