Role
Crown Castle is looking for a Legal Intern to join its Houston office for the Summer. The intern will work with and learn from attorneys, Legal staff, and leaders across Crown Castle’s Legal team, primarily working in the area of commercial and corporate transactions. The Intern should possess the following qualities: Knowledge of the Law, Attention to Detail, Research Skills, Interpersonal Skills, Creative Problem Solving and Critical Thinking.
Responsibilities
The internship scope will work across Crown Castle’s fiber solutions, tower, and small cell areas of business and will include:
- Legal research and project management
- Preparing correspondence
- Drafting a variety of documents, which may include:
- Sales contracts
- Marketing agreements
- License agreements
- Software agreements
- Vendor contracts
- Data privacy

Education/Certifications
- Currently enrolled as a full-time student (1L, 2L, 3L) in pursuit of a Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
Skills and Experience
- Prior internship or work experience preferred
- Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) from June 2 to August 8, 2025
- Authorization to work in the U.S. on a full-time, regular basis without additional sponsorship
Reports To: Senior Attorney
Work Plans: This role falls into our hybrid work model working in the office on Tuesday through Thursday. On Mondays and Fridays, teammates on the hybrid schedule will have the option to work from the office or home.
Compensation Information: The hourly pay offered for this position is $23.00 per hour.
