Position Title: Order Support Specialist, Tower (S3)

Role
Key starting point of the order entry process within the Sales Operations Organization. Executes on the completion of customer orders with a focused balance between speed and accuracy. The Specialists work closely with the team leads to ensure all orders are entered timely, effectively and follow all protocols outlined by the various customer deployments.
Responsibilities
- Ability to process orders in all lines of business and in compliance with company policies and procedures. Meet or exceed all metrics related to order processing.
- Consistently demonstrate the ability to balance speed and accuracy.
- Ability to interpret various internal/external customer inputs. Ability to interpret various customer provided inputs (RF Data Sheets, flat files, construction drawings, equipment plumbing diagrams) as necessary to complete an accurate order. This includes scrubbing customer provided documents for discrepancies)
- Review order / system discrepancies and determine the best course of action to resolve.
- Provide support to partners as it relates to order statuses.
- Maintain an excellent working relationship with other internal Crown departments to assist in expediting the sales process, improving the quality and completeness of order intakes and outputs.
- Work/participate in special projects, as needed.
Education/Certifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or related field or equivalent experience required
Experience/Minimum Requirements
- Minimum two (2) or more years previous sales and customer support experience

Working Conditions: This role falls into our hybrid work model working in the office Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. On Mondays and Fridays, teammates on the hybrid schedule will have the option to work from the office or home. There is an expectation of collaboration with teammates and stakeholders for moments that matter that could require travel.
The pay range offered for this position is $25.96-$35.72 per hour. A candidate’s offer is determined by various factors including but not limited to, depth of experience, role-related knowledge and skills, relevant education or training, internal alignment, and work location. Depending on the position offered, the compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of a discretionary annual cash bonus or commissions, and equity incentives. Employees (and their families) are eligible for medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are able to enroll in our company’s 401k plan. Employees will also receive a minimum of 18 days of paid time off each year and 12 paid holidays throughout the calendar year.
