Position Title: Wholesale Account Manager (P3)

Role
Wholesale Account Managers are expected to develop and close new revenue opportunities as well as manage those customer relationships on an ongoing basis.

Working Conditions: This role falls into our hybrid work model working in the office Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. On Mondays and Fridays, teammates on the hybrid schedule will have the option to work from the office or home. There is an expectation of collaboration with teammates and stakeholders for moments that matter that could require travel.
Additional Information: It is unlawful in Massachusetts to require or administer a lie detector test as a condition of employment or continued employment. An employer who violates this law shall be subject to criminal penalties and civil liability.
The salary range offered for this position is $89,520 - $123,909 annually. A candidate’s offer is determined by various factors including but not limited to, depth of experience, role-related knowledge and skills, relevant education or training, internal alignment, and work location. Depending on the position offered, the compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of a discretionary annual cash bonus or commissions, and equity incentives. Employees (and their families) are eligible for medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are able to enroll in our company’s 401k plan. Employees will also receive a minimum of 18 days of paid time off each year and 12 paid holidays throughout the calendar year.

Responsibilities
- Achieve Monthly Revenue Targets by identifying new prospects
- Schedule and attend sales meetings to present the Crown Castle value proposition and identify new opportunities
- Provide competitive proposals, highlighting Crown Castle's value proposition
- Act as primary point of contact for customers providing a high level of customer service to all Crown Castle customers
- Develop strong relationships with decision makers and influencer's within accounts
- Maintain account information in CRM system
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 7-10 or more years selling Network Services, Fiber and IP to Carriers, Re-Sellers and Data Centers
- Preferably working within Metro Ethernet or, Fiber Optic, Data niche of the telecom market
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Proficiency in Sales Force Automation and CRM applications
- Strong prospecting, networking and business development skills
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Self-motivated team player
- Strong presentation skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Strong understanding of Ethernet, IP and Networking technology (required)
- Strong understanding of competitive landscape in Metro Ethernet and IP market (required)
- Background in Network Engineering (desired)
- Knowledge of facilities-based fiber business within our footprint
