Wait staff-Server/ Bartender Job Requirements/Qualifications:

Prefer previous private club experience

• Fine dining, banquet, breakfast and lunch experience
• Professional work ethic, ability to take direction from supervisors
• Ability to work well in a team environment but can also work independently, resourcefully, proactively to solve issues and drama free
• Shows positive and energetic personality who is reliable
• Ability to function in a fast paced environment with short time constraints
• Ability to work in a clean, organized, and efficient manner with attention to detail
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including extended hours, weekends and holidays and meet physical demands including extended periods of time standing and walking
• Knowledge of Health Department food safety and sanitation standards
• Drug free workplace

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and serving guests in a timely manner.
• Take and process orders accurately using POS systems, ensuring all food safety standards are met.
• Prepare and serve beverages at the bar, showcasing knowledge of fine dining and cocktail preparation.
• Assist with banquet service, maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
• Uphold sanitation standards and handle food responsibly throughout service.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $40.00 per hour
