Job Overview
The Influencer Marketing Coordinator is responsible for assisting various influencer related initiatives. In this role, they will support the Influencer Marketing Manager to help to execute influencer driven activations/programs.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in creating & generating influencer briefing materials as part of a team
- Analyze, review, and report on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results
- Assist in influencer identification and outreach for specific program elements
- Develop and maintain strong, organic relationships with influencers; manage communication with influencer
- Track influencer social media posting (daily) and providing copy approval with client if needed
- Evaluate social postings for all influencers and provide feedback to develop best in class postings
- Provide weekly updates to client on all influencer activities
- Coordinate all internal team meetings and calls, provide agendas, notes and clear next steps for all parties
- Coordinate on all influencer seeding; manage all shipping, billing and recaps from influencers
- Manage overall program tracker & seeding tracker to keep accurate reports & details up-to-date
- Tracking of respective brand hashtags and recapping from client
- Provide influencers with brand assets and manage all client approvals for assets
- Manage product inventory & tracking spreadsheet
- Assist in managing content resources (photographers & videographers)
- Be on-ground support and travel to various markets as needed for specific events

Qualifications Requirements
- 2 years experience in account service and/or influencer relationship management, with proven ability to manage multiple clients flawlessly
- Proficient in relevant social channels including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat and YouTube as well as emerging channels
- Experience using social analytics tools, tracking engagement, reach, and impressions
- Experience with paid media and whitelisting on platforms such as Instagram and TikTok
- Proven ability to partner with multiple internal departments to move projects forward
- Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver creative feedback
- Solid written and verbal communication skills applied to a business setting
- Excitement for learning, open to new experiences and challenges in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to quickly adapt to ever-changing Influencer landscape
- Personable and flexible with demands and changes in extremely fast-moving business environment
- Keen understanding of Keynote, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Google Suite
