Key Responsibilities:
Provide legal advice on corporate matters, contracts, business transactions, and regulatory compliance.
Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
Ensure the company adheres to all applicable laws and industry regulations.
Identify potential legal risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
Represent the company in legal proceedings, negotiations, and interactions with regulatory bodies.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure legal best practices in business operations.
Monitor changes in laws and regulations that may impact the company and provide necessary guidance.
Handle dispute resolution, litigation management, and employment law matters as needed.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree or equivalent legal qualification.
Licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
Proven experience in corporate law, contract negotiation, and compliance.
