Job Title: Preventative Maintenance and Repair Technician
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled technician to join our team. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production line, performing routine maintenance tasks, and identifying areas for improvement.
Main Responsibilities
- Work closely with shift supervisors to monitor key performance indicators affecting quality and production.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, inspect equipment for any issues, and participate in production meetings.
- Collaborate with mechanics to resolve production/equipment issues, walk the production line to identify potential maintenance items, and implement preventive maintenance measures.
Requirements
- A high school graduate or equivalent with experience in a manufacturing setting is preferred.
- Strong working experience in preventative maintenance, troubleshooting skills, and equipment re-build expertise are essential.
- Experience in using controls and settings on high-speed automated equipment, high competency in the use of micrometers, calipers, and related equipment, strong math and computer skills, effective communication skills, and the ability to travel domestically for training.
