Key Job Functions:
• Ensure adherence to all plant safety rules and regulations, wearing required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Collaborate with colleagues to inspect incoming materials, guaranteeing compliance with established specifications.
• Conduct first article inspections, verification, and Equipment Set-up Evaluations (ESE), maintaining accurate records and documentation.
• Participate in in-process sampling inspections, following PCR instructions for Can Assembly and Press Departments.
• Monitor in-process inspection cameras daily, verifying precision and accuracy during production line operation.
• Utilize precision measuring devices and electronic equipment to evaluate dimensions and document attribute and variable inspection data.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, preparing lists of defects, and interacting with other departments to ensure compliance and part acceptance.
• Perform additional duties assigned by management, contributing to a culture of quality and excellence within the organization.
Essential Skills:
• Proven experience in quality assurance, specifically in metal aerosol packaging.
• Capability to adapt to 1st shift training, working hours from 6:45 AM to 3:00 PM.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, collaborating effectively with colleagues.
• High level of organizational skills, maintaining quality and accuracy in work performance.
• Proficiency in computer software, including Microsoft applications, and data entry capabilities.
• Physical stamina to lift up to thirty (30) pounds, standing, stooping, reaching, kneeling, and balancing throughout the workday.
