Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Printer Mechanic to join our team at our manufacturing facility in Worland, Wyoming. As a Printer Mechanic, you will be responsible for the set-up, tending, and adjusting of the automatic can decorating equipment. This is a critical role that requires a high level of technical expertise and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate automatic can decorating equipment
- Tend to and adjust equipment as needed to ensure optimal performance
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting tasks to minimize downtime
- Collaborate with the manufacturing team to ensure smooth production processes
- Meet production targets and quality standards
Requirements:
- Experience working in a high-speed manufacturing environment
- Strong technical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical approach
- Basic math skills and ability to read technical documentation
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and overtime as business needs dictate
