General Laborer
The General Laborer is responsible for cleaning assigned processing equipment, assisting with label changes, picking up and/or moving materials and machine parts, providing support for break relief, sorting cans for visual defects, and other duties as assigned.

Crown Beverage Packaging is located in La Crosse, WI, surrounded by stunning bluffs and scenic trails. The plant is close to major highways and the La Crosse Airport.

Responsibilities
- Clean assigned processing equipment
- Assist with label changes
- Pick up and/or move materials and machine parts
- Provide support for break relief
- Sort cans for visual defects
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Mechanical aptitude and precision ability highly desirable
- Available to work 12-hour shifts, rotating 4 days on/4 days off
Competencies
- Proficiency in math and ability to follow directions
- Strong attention to detail and proficient at recordkeeping
- Capable of working under pressure and possessing flexibility to adjust to sudden work patterns or varying schedules
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting

- Generally works in a manufacturing environment
- Exposed to moving mechanical parts and vehicular traffic
- Wide range of temperatures, frequent loud noise
